Lack of sleep paves the way for obesity, due to its negative effect on metabolism, or metabolism.
The Austrian health and beauty magazine Wuman explained that lack of sleep causes the hunger hormone Ghrelin to be activated, while inhibiting the satiety hormone Leptin, which explains that people who sleep a little are hungry and face many difficulties in losing weight.
To avoid this, Wuman recommends taking enough sleep for 8 hours at night, taking into account that sleep is deep and continuous, so sleep has a positive effect on metabolism.
